This claim has been closed but never resolved. I still do not have a working battery as you shipped something to yourself. I received nothing but was told that something has arrived somewhere. It did not arrive here. Please either send me a replacement, or give me my money back. One thing or the other. I have paid you money. All I have in return is disappointment. I have been told that it's not an RMA issue. What kind of issue is this?
