HK,what have you done with LIVE CHAT!
There seems to be an ever increasing number of unhappy customers.Don't you care?
Years ago you guys were great to deal with,but as you have grown your service and customer relations have gone south and products seem to be on back order for ever.
I have requested email notification for a number of items that were on back order and never received one notification.
Live Chat was a great help with all manner of issues but where have you hidden it???
I'm a Platinum member and am not happy with the way HK is headed.
Like others I may start looking to other places for my hobby gear.

Live Chat never went away - still orange button at top right corner of home page.
