Hobby King issues with quality and shipment

Hi I have had a quality issue with a Lancaster kit bought from the UK warehouse, after lots of mails at long last I was sent a new canopy from China with a $380 shipping tag for a small piece of plastic worth next to nothing, The customs duty and admin fee cost £54 and I had to pay this to receive the parcel.

I'm now £54 out of pocket due to :-
1)Hobby king poor kit quality
2) Hobby king customs declaration error.

to offer a credit to spend more at Hobby King is not a satisfactory solution.

I bought the kit in the UK via PayPal, so please can you credit my account with the monies Hobby King owe me.
