Customer support

Hobby King need to address the crazy customer support and poor service, they canot expect customers to pay for there errors, Poor kit quality that takes months to resolve and shipment with unrealistic charges and customs value is not a way to keep customers.

Please improve the service and sort out UK issues with staff in the UK.

Then trying to figure out how to contact these people for over an hour just to ask a simple question as to what programming card is needed for the ESC that I purchased you think somebody would be smart enough to put the part number down of the program card on the ESC's description, but I guess not. And since I have no way to contact anyone you tell me

I fell your pain. 2 months later and I am still waiting for someone to send me something other than a cut and paste response. Just see if you can gather sufficient evidence to have PayPal or credit card payment reversed. Time consuming but not impossible and worth the effort.
