how to get my missing items

Hi! I have the same problem. Have not received your parcel. Wanted to know if You ordered 4 of the engine multistar ELITE,the battery 4500???

I have the same issue with the West Coast US warehouse. I had 4 servos missing from my order. I submitted an RMA for missing items and have not gotten any response.

My order from the us west warehouse was also missing an item and had an incorrect item. I contacted hobbyking through there 24hr support/chat line. They suggested i submit a RMA for both issues which i did. I did get a response and they requested a picture of the postage slip. I sent pictures of the box and everything that was on it and in it. After several emails back and forth they did nothing but send me back to there 24hr support/chat line.
