The item i ordered dont work

Hello, the Turnigy Program Box for Aqua-Star, Super-Brain and Fatboy that i bought dont work, there is even no light on it, i want refund or another that will work, thank you.

hi i bought 2 weeks ago took to hobbie store said that this product is a dud talking about hydrotek brushless f1speed boat arr so i would like replacement of item or refund please because i bought this for my son i recieved it a day before christmas he was so happy but christmas day dad this boat dose not work wot is wrong so not for me for my son a replacement please thank you
