You are right I have tried for 5 days to get a warranty part $7.00 but keep getting the runaround . I have sent invoice nu. and picts now they
want a video. this is a bad esc I have given up. Bad to deal with

FollowWorst company EVER!!
Been waiting over a month for my order to ship in spite of it being processed back in April 3 days after making the purchase. Keep getting apologies and excuses. Terrible company.

I returned some items 6 weeks ago with their "no hassle" return feature. After 6 weeks, the website says "Initial Evaluation Done, Waiting for Return Item" - Customer service is no help!

Concur. Ordered a supposedly in stock item in March. In mid May, still shows as in stock, still hasn't shipped. Exactly zero actual information from customer service. Multiple emails back and forth and they just give me a run around. This was my last purchase from this company.

Not impressed either - ordered a tricopter frame, it came with a dodgy servo pivot
I reported this on RMA, they sent a servo!
There was no servo on the order and no servo is included in the frame kit, yet they sent me a servo.
Initial offer of a solution was a $5 refund against a $30 frame I can't use.
Original order placed April 1, as of May 18 still can't use
I agree no phone numbers or emails for direct contact.
I'm done with them.They sent me 3 rebuilt batteries as new and 2 of them are junk right out of the box.........What exactly will a video of a puffy battery show.A REAL company would have a phone no.
Great at taking your money but horrible at delivering it or supporting it. Absolutely ZERO quality control.
