Is the board receiving power from an ESC or BEC on the output side?

KK2.1.5 flight controller
LCD screen does not turn on KK2.1.5 flight controller.
It means that I can not set up anything at all.
What is this problem?

Thank you very much for your support. The board turned on the light and the buzzer, but no text on the LCD. It may be no good LCD. I should talk to HKS and ask to replace it.
