I have the same problem. Talking to the freight company, if your order contained batteries and was shipped by air freight then its very likely that it was turned around.

I've got info that GLS (shipping company from NL) did not send my package since they do not have some papers need from custom. And they contacted HK for it. 10 days my package is sleeping in some corner waiting for "papers". Nobody is doing nothing. SHAME ON HK that I must investigate what is going on with my package !!!
