because my purchase has not yet been sent by mail?

I received my order and spent ONE HOUR tonight with someone concerning a defective cable. I had planned on getting a new one sent and ordering a new fatshark headset to go with it and now I have no idea whether I want to do business with them again. It's a $5 cable. I just need a replacement. I offered to pay for it and their answers were as iff they had no clue what I was talking about. This is the plug and play cable in the skyzone FPV 500.

look at the picture. It is the center cable. It has a intermittent short.
