cancelling an order

1 - I would like you cancel this order to add some more items
2 - It seems to be possible to pay by visa card, but I diidn't find how on the site can you help please

Hello - immediately after receiving the defective batteries I had claimed through your RMA

Today after 3 weeks without a response.

Please addressing complaints ??? Refund or send new batteries.

I took from you in the last two years more than 100 pieces of batteries, and this is my first claimed that arrived damaged - one article 1.24 V and 3.8 V. second

During the test charging, the battery swelled see. photo that I sent
