Shipping issue and inquiry response

Order 20012551011 10/20/2015 sitting in West coast warehouse waiting to be packaged for 6 days.
No response to email request for explanation???????

I been dealing with this same issue international though. Just sitting at Printed with NO answers as to why.

Will not order from this company again. 9 items and they cant put it in a box and ship it. Ridiculously terrible customer service.

I getting pissed, paid for it and pending status. WTF. I going to open up a paypal dispute if i do not hear within 24 hours.

Have you heard anything yet? Mine has been sitting awhile too in AR warehouse. How do you even email these folks?

Live chat is useless they just told me unexplained delays because of emergency warehouse movement then proceeded to tell me I could wait or request a refund. If it wasn't for the 9xr pro I would have been requested a refund and taken my business elsewhere.

This is my experience since this morning, I ordered my packs this past Friday and all it said the whole weekend and this morning was printed and processing.

I asked customer support what was up and they said they'll ship soon.

Mail man comes 2 hours later, delivers both packages from AR warehouse.

HobbyKing support had no idea they were even shipped. Maybe this will happen to you? Never updated on my account either.

I hope so because I am tempted to request a refund and settle for a more out of date and more expensive transmitter.... or 3d printer..... decisions decisions!

I hope so for your well being. I was just surprised that they did not know it was even sent out, I can understand there may be a lack of an update once in awhile, but them not knowing their product was shipped and delivered was surprising. Did you use FEDEX or USPS?

I used USPS, the shipping label stated they departed on Friday, same day I ordered. With any luck your package could be out there and show up any day.

I made an order 3weeks ago, and they have not shipped yet. And they are telling that it will be shipped next day for 1 week...

Same issue here, two orders, one at East Coast warehouse, sat for two weeks until I cancelled, still waiting for a refund. One order at global warehouse now has been sitting for 11 days.

I will add this again for the guys who didn't read mine. I ordered on Friday October 30th and the package came monday from us east warehouse. They never marked it shipped or nothing. I'm glad I got my batteries but now I'm weary to buy again. Again this is just what happened to me....
