Removing an unpaid Item

While purchasing an item I noticed the postage charges were excessive, I did not complete the transaction however, I now see the transactions appears as an unpaid item.... how do I remove this transaction?

Please add a cancellation button to transactions after the postage costs are calculated and displayed... otherwise, you leave your customers open to excessive and unfair postage charges...
