Order no. 20012998501 was sent from Global warehouse on 4 / 1 / 2016 with TRK no. CQ303479283SG. It then left Australia warehouse on 6 / 1 / 2016 with TRK no.WJY0691980010820 .Australia Post have no record of either TRK numbers please me as it has been 55 days.Please keep me up dated E L Dyson

My problem refers to Order No 20013040850, which I made about 5 weeks ago. The order should have been addressed to me at Andreas Schmidt Logistic, Malta Platform, in Gersthofen, Germany, from where it should have been sent on to me in Malta. As of today, I have not received anything. Could you please find out what happened ? Thank you. Joseph Spiteri
