Order not received in full. New claim process required for unsent items, as the current RMA system isn't suitable.

My order number 20012968302 came with missing items in January 2016. After multiple chats, I was directed to fill out RMA for each of the items I didn't recieve - only to then recieve email prompts to send the items back for refund/replacement. How can I send back items I did not receive?? Also, you should keep a copy of chat transcripts for the duration of a claim.

Very frustrating, this has to be fixed. I paid a lot of money for items I haven't fully received and now I'm getting the run around. I'll warn all my RC friends to steer clear of Hobby King in future.

I agree. I missed a charger too. Where is the RMA f****** page
