FollowI have not received my item yet
I ordered this item 20013476872 on 21st of March but there's no tracking available.
I would check in my post-office the status of the item, but I need an identitying code...
can you give me it or anything to track it?

It's hard to track something when there is no tracking number. Another stupid answer provided by Darrell.
Do you think you should ask customer support or post it on a Website Feature Request for HobbyKing.com ?
I think it doesn't matter where they post their question. The point is that they are looking for help. Useless answers are no help at all and just piss people off. So if you are going to do anything at all at least try to find out what they need before you give a useless answer.
How hard is it to click LIVE CHAT on the top right hand corner of every page?
The people in the live chat sessions have a similar attitude as you do Darrell. They would rather mislead and criticize than offer any useful help. So a live chat is another useless answer Darrell.
not they don't. I've used chat a dozen times, 100% success rate. Try it, and if what you say is true, post a screen shot of the transcript. I want to see them mislead and criticize you and I'll make sure the CEO sees it as well.
