Lipo Battery

Hi there good morning so far i had a problem ordering lipo battery to Asia (Brunei Darussalam) it always rejected. This morning i went to the local post office and ask the custom officer about the situation and they said no problem for lipo battery as long as we 5% tax but you guys said cannot ship to brunei can HK do something and reply to me ASAP. TQ
