I agree. They don't care if you have to wait because they don't think it will affect them. I however believe that kind of poor service will cause them to lose a lot of customers.. More helpful people in the help center is another example of very poor service and so is their H.R. department. They will try to convince you that it could take as long as 39 days. That is just idiotic.
