They will tell you to drop the dispute before you get your order because they want you to wait up to 39 days. Really stupid. I started a dispute for the same reason and they tried to tell me that they held up the order because I started the dispute. When in reality I started the dispute because they held up the order. This was after waiting two weeks from the order date. Tracking showed that it had reached the US on the 25th. Five days later there were no more updates so I contacted PayPal to begin a dispute. They tried to tell me that the only way for me to get my order was if I drop the dispute because they put it on hold. All lies. Because if it in fact had reached the US then there would be nothing they could do to hold it up since it first goes through customs and then directly to the USPS. At that point any interference would be illegal tampering with the US mail service. So the only way they could hold up the order is if they never shipped it yet. Lies!
