NGH GT35R engine does not work

I bought, (30/07/2014 order 2009732190) one engine NGH 35 R for a plane that i was building.>

The plane, a P40 is now finished and I have just to install the engine inside.>

Unfortunately, when i started it, it was easy to start it but impossible to increase the speed of the engine despite the command was full throttle>

I don't know what could be the problem.>
