New system update is DISGRACE and DISRESPECT to customers

I have never in my life seen such an absolute failure with a new system update.
The worst part, however, that no hobbyking officials speak out on the website to explain situation.
Instead there are product announcement on main page, as nothing ever happened!
I think it is outrages disrespect to customers in general and to myself particular.
My wishlists were screwed, the 30 orders history was cut down, and even shipping and billing addresses had mixed up lines! Let alone the website itself, search and shopping cart are absolutely useless - hope you know that.
Anyway, I had enough of disrespect. I deleted all my wishlists and details. Logging and password - pretty much everything what is left.
I am not buying anything from hk again, till hk officials contact me to REPORT that everything I enjoyed here is back and ALL the issues are fixed.
I hope lots or at least some of your customers will quit using hk too.
Good luck.
Alex Shmayger.

I completely agree. It is no longer possible to list items by warehouse, to search (search function is returning random results), to order items (the ordering is not working). There are too many products not available (37 pages of LiPo batteries, only one page availability in different warehouses). With this site is quite impossible to find products. It is a pity, since HK was a really good place to buy. They will miss most of clients. Of course, I will have to find another more professional seller.

Well, my wishlist is still there, and intact. Having said that, there is a lot that I am not happy with, like not being able to look at the stock of my local warehouse. But the worst is, the Dutch translation... before the change-over, there were some things translated supposedly into Dutch, but in reality into Flamish (which is the version of Dutch they speak in northern Belgium). That was a bit strange and not always correct, but manageable. Now, everything has been translated into Dutch... by Google or something alike! It's not just poor Dutch, occasionally it's completely unreadable and often confusing. Please, can I go back to English?

This website is totally useless. I dread to think how much revenue this is costing Hobbyking. I am in the UK and am unable to order from the UK warehouse.you need to sort this quickly as there are plenty more suppliers out there

Totally agree. I would also like to know where my nearly $9 of hobby king points have gone. Total rubbish site. Looks like I will be spending my money with other suppliers.

I agree I am desperate for parts for an event but I can't order from my local hk warehouse. Not being able to see if my local warehouse has the parts I need is a pain. The old system was better. The only time you can pick the shipping origin is at the check out and the you don't know if they have the parts in stock. Also this is not the only issue I have. Please hobbyking go back to the old website.

I have to agree as well the site is harder to find what you are looking for and most items appear to be out of stock which surely cannot be the case. Also my reward points have disappeared. I wont be buying anything off the site till it has all been sorted

Now we are putting the wrong items in the properly labeled bags.
Ordered RX3S receiver and got a RX3SM in the RX3S bag. Filled out the return info and sent a picture showing the wrong item.
Now we want a VIDEO of the 4 channel micro Receiver as I guess the totally clear picture won't work. Can someone tell me how to make a video of a 4CH RX? Full moon or drugs or something!!!!!!!!!!

I have to agree, this new thing is horrible. I understand why HK wanted a change as the old website was just marginally better but at least there was a logic and I was able to search & order.

Now these two are barely working:
* any word in the search criteria is joined with "or" logical switch; therefore searching for "led light" will bring up led lights and properrels as they are being "light". great ...
* Neither can I add items to the basket from the item page nor from the search result. The only way to add an item after you found in the search result is to go to the enclosing category and find it in the list.

These two above are severely limiting the usability of the site. Basically ... I searched on amazon for the things I'm after and spent about $50 on the things I needed there but not on HK.

And now for the big question: is anybody at HobbyKing reading this at all, or are we just licking our wounds here? Are there probably better ways to address the HK staff? Our moaning does not do any good if nobody at HK is reading it.

The best thing to do is to go to online chat and let them know how unhappy you are with the new site. I have just done that and was told that the IT team is still working on the site problems.

I just noticed the terrible Dutch translations have disappeared. That was probably the easiest fault to correct... but they are seriously working on it. :-)

I totally agree with the comments made, I have been informed after 10 days than my order (Payment already made) was not processed and even generated!!!
They offered a refund that would be processed within 7 business days from the date it has been requested! WOW I'm impressed of such efficient service.
I'm not sure why this is happening, but they should take their customers seriously.

I'd like to add my voice to the wave of discontent. I don't see myself rushing back to this site any time soon. HobbyKing you have treated us with contempt once too often! Get it right or get out of town!

Totally agree to the above !
I'm Sick of this behavior from HK towards their bread and butter.
If you feel the need to change a webshop, improve it!!! not the other way around.

When it comes to the order history, I had to contact the Live chat.
I was very well taking care of and they did what they could for me, explained that HK have Deleted my old orders.
And the only way I could get them was in PDF format thru the chat.
Yes you read correct PDF files, so the data is still there but once again HK doesn't care about their customers and just Deletes the old orders. They don't reflect for one second over that it might be VERY convenient for their customers to open an old order and be able to buy an exactly same part once more.

Well, at least you could get in and access your account.   I use a VPN for my own security and their Cloudflare blocks me when using my VPN.  I can't even get to the site.

Whoever they paid to update their website and hired Cloudflare is ripping them off.
