New web site

Please do something about your new web site. It's rubbish.
Battery selection is now a nightmare.
Also lumping all warehouses together is totally confusing.
The old site was much more user friendly.

Hi , you are so wright unbelievable that Hobby King is destroying its shop and letting his customers down big time, I am very disapointed.

Hi, at first I thought the site was hacked but this should be the new website...well it is almost impossible to order or find anything.
Europian warehouse is 'empty " it seems .What a stupid and unprofessional way to refesh a website, they are also proud ??
Crazy that is what they are , sorry to say !!!

This new web site is a total load of crap, very little of the products listed are accessible and to go through the search site is $&@)$& painfull.

HOBBYKING PICK UP YOUR GAME YOU PACK OF TOSSERS.

The old site was much better, you could select europe and easy to see that the products are in stock, and the status of the order a thick now.

The new website has a number of problems. In my English search I often get Accessories in German or Portuguese! Some of the Search engines do not work. I cannot find out which modules will work for Turnigy Transmitters, even though they are sold without them, but require at least one!

I must agree about the battery selection post.It was much easier to find what I was looking for on the old website.

I am afraid I am not ordering anything else until the website is fixed... we should boycott it... what a crying shame with Xmas coming etc...why did you have to fix it if it wasn't broken ??????

It is an absolutely ghastly design. Total rubbish and the person who redesigned it should be sacked! Here are a few of the most annoying issues I have found after only 2 visits:
1) Wish list is hard to find (it is under user settings)
2) Prices appear to be in USD even if choosing a product from AUS
3) You can't compare lipos and their prices any more
4) It reports product stock as OK if it is ANYWHERE in the world.
5) Can't choose warehouse anymore so have to spend hours checking each product for availability
6) still cant type start and end values in the 'finders'. have to use the stupid draggers... try selecting 2100 to 2300 to get all the 2200 3s batteries and now you cant pick the warehouse to refine selection.
6) since when has 'Lipo (all batteries)' been only Turnigy???? I cant see any Zippys or Rhinos.... or have you stuck then at the end in order to do some dodgy "sell our own shite first" trick.

Honestly Hobbyking!... just crap!

votre nouveau site est completement nul !!!!!!!!!
le systeme de panacher les commandes de differents entrepots est nul et compliquée

de plus j'ai perdu l'historique de mes 47 commandes deja passée dommage j'y avait recourt pour retrouver plus facilement certaine reference

Tried ordering some items. Was only given option of 2 warehouses, neither one which I wanted to use. When I tried to estimate shipping costs, both of them indicated shipping to my location is not possible. So, HK we can order items from you but you will not deliver them to us. Is this your new business model?
Is this just a website issue or is there more behind this mess? If it is the website and it gets fixed will the prices be the same then or not?
Other than the mess with Malaysian Airlines where it took more than 3 months to get an order I have been happy with HK. But after that delivery mess I am more inclined now to look for other vendors to purchase items, once you have harmed your reputation it is hard to get it back. In the meantime you should display a banner across the top of the webpage: "Try another vendor - we can't satisfy you"

+1 HK management have really made a mess of this. Fortunately I was able to get a great CS person to fix my address book which screwed up the address and I couldn't fix it myself, but the lack of warehouse filtering is a killer. Apart from HAVING to use HK for lipos, all my other shopping will be elsewhere until the site functionality is improved. HK, get some descent User Experience consultants and test, test, test before release!!!!

Every time I try to log in a bunch of crap keeps popping  up and you have to close it to log in. Pleas do something about it, very frustrating!!!!!
