Dreadful New Website

I have to say that the new website is a total disaster. Over the past few years I have spent a fortune with hk. I will now shop elsewhere. The old website was great, easy to use and you could find what you want. God knows why it was changed for what is now online. HK have a look at my account and see what you will be now missing in revenue, now times that by the other thousands and thousands of pissed off customers. I will now shop with Bangood, Ali Express and others.
