A couple of months? That's a long time.
In the mean time, I want to find what i nead and not afterwards when paying, that it will be coming from a warehouse far away so I'll have to wait a month... I might prefer to choose another product from a warehouse nearby so I will receive it quickly.
By the way, on the national RC forum as well as in my club there are many people saying they'll shop elsewhere hoping HK will get its shop in order again. But does any of the staff even know what we think about the website? Like, on the HK Forum there is a lot of talk about the shop, but never any reaction from HK... I really think they should listen up.

FollowWeb site not that bad for me..
I find the new website not that bad.. Alot of us are reluctant to change and like status quo,
I did like the ability to see what warehouse the items were at, but you can see that in your Cart before you check out and trash them if you so want to.... Also it was nice to be able to search batts by cell count.. I like the checkout better as it tells you exactly what you owe and the shipping costs, and the choice of shipping.. I've dealt with generic customer service programs used in business and i can tell you there are ALWAYS bugs... You have to give HK a few monthes to smooth things out and then make your judgmental comments,,

I imagine HK is listening to our complaints, and trying to make the changes. But they do take time, and trouble shooting.. Software and programming can be a real bitch when trying to cater to your specific needs. They brought in a new generic system and now have to make the changes to suit the complaints we are talking about.. I imagine they didn't make this change for nothing, and realize the issues with a new system is going to create some pissed off clients/costumers.
I've found that company's that don't make changes, don't care about their costumers in that they are not willing to make improvements to their way of doing business.. I imagine HK spent big bucks on this new program to improve their service one way or another. It will get there at some point..
As far as taking our business else ware, i imagine it has caused a few to look at other sites myself included.. But in most part I have found you can't beat HK's prices (Lipo's, brushless motors, ESC's)..
We just have to give them some time...
