Can you post a video of the problem you are having here?
For programming card installation support, when purchasing an ESC, you can ask support staff to avoid errors when installing it.
I installed the unit and set the throttle max and min point. Left the rest in the default setting. The unit seems to work fine, however, after a few minutes on the bench, starts to emit a combined sound similar to those indicating that is it in some programming stage. Clearly, is not the repetitive four bips indicating missing startup fail, which anyway is not clear to me what that means, and also this "singing" is not after detecting the battery cells but minutes after.
I cannot obtain the programming card since I bought the ESC and I am installing this one for the first time just now.
Can you help? Can I send a video o sound file for you to have a better idea of what I am talking about, as I understand is not easy to describe the sound.
Kind regards
Richard

Sorry, after two weeks without a response, I put the ESC away and purchased one from a different vendor, which was much easier to deal with.
However, when I finish the project I am involved in, I will bench-test the ESC again and make a video.
Anyway, thank you for your response.
If the ESC doesn't detect a valid throttle signal for a set time, it may emit tones to indicate this. This can happen if your transmitter goes to sleep, the signal drops, or even if the throttle channel glitches. Retro Bowl
Sounds like you're running into a quirky issue! That persistent "singing" sound after a few minutes is definitely odd. Have you tried checking the unit's temperature when it starts making that noise? It could be overheating. Also, I know this sounds basic, but ensure all connections are solid. It might be a long shot, but maybe someone has experienced similar behavior in a forum dedicated to RC cars, maybe even related to games like Drift Hunters, where precision and understanding of mechanics are key. Good luck troubleshooting!
@golf hit Hi Richard, it sounds like your ESC might be entering a warning or error mode after warming up, which can sometimes happen if the throttle signal, timing, or battery setup isn’t perfectly matched. Without the programming card, troubleshooting is a bit tricky, but checking connections, ensuring the battery voltage is correct, and confirming the throttle endpoints are properly calibrated can help. Sending a short video or audio clip would definitely make it easier to identify what the ESC is signaling and provide more precise advice.
Hi Richard, it sounds like your Turnigy Plush-32 150A ESC might be entering a programming mode or experiencing a calibration issue. If you're hearing unusual sounds after a few minutes, it could indicate a setting that needs adjustment. Unfortunately, without the programming card, troubleshooting can be tricky. If possible, sharing a video or audio file would definitely help us understand better. Good luck! @1000 games
