Proceed to settlement?
Trying to process a claim. What does "proceed to settlement" mean?

Same, did you work out what it is?
[Update - 10th October2018] - After having a quick online chat with HobbyKing's operator, basically it means it has been approved and that it will be transferred tot he warranty team to organise a replacement or whatever you've asked for.
If it's to resend a replacement, apparently it will take between 24-48 hours for a new dispatch.
