Hey everyone,
I recently picked up a brushless ESC from HobbyKing for my RC plane, but I’m running into some calibration issues. No matter how many times I follow the standard throttle calibration procedure (full throttle > power on > wait for beeps > throttle down), the ESC doesn’t seem to register correctly. Sometimes it arms, sometimes it doesn’t, and the throttle response is inconsistent.
I’ve tried different transmitters and even swapped out the receiver, but the issue persists. Could it be a firmware problem, or is there another step I’m missing? Has anyone else had similar calibration problems with HobbyKing ESCs? level devil
