I recently ordered some RC parts from HobbyKing and encountered some issues that I was hoping you guys could help me with.
After I completed the order, I received a notification that the order was confirmed and being processed. However, after a week of waiting, the order status is still showing as "pending" without any update on the delivery time. I have emailed the HobbyKing support team for assistance but have not received a response yet.
Also, I am having trouble finding information on how to track my order on their website. I think their tracking system and customer service need to be improved to make it easier for users.
If anyone has gone through a similar situation or has any experience in dealing with these issues, I would love to hear your thoughts and advice. I really like HobbyKing Drift Boss products and hope to resolve this issue soon.
