Parcel Self Collection: USA Warehouse (Beaverton, OR)

• You can only arrange 10 parcels per pick up. If you have more than 10 parcels to pick up, please pick up the other parcels on a different date.

• Orders that are not collected within 14 days after you received the confirmation email will be canceled; and a refund will be processed.

• If you won't be able to pick up your order within 14 days, please contact us and let us know when you can collect your parcel.

• If you wish to ship your parcel instead of self collection, please contact us immediately for shipping arrangement and shipping fee settlement. 

• If your friend will collect your parcel, please ask your friend to take note of your order number, bring a copy of your valid ID and authorization letter.
