Why can't I see a delivery option for PO box and military address?

When an order is placed, a pop-up message would show in the Check Out Page if there are no shipping options which deliver parcels to P.O. Box addresses. The pop-up message would say "One or more shipping methods do not ship to PO BOX, please change your address to see other shipping options." To resolve this, just follow the instruction and change the shipping address to a home or other non-P.O. Box address to continue processing your order.
