Refused and Rejected Parcel – you may have the option to reject the parcel if it appears damaged.

Once you reject the parcel, you must take a photo of the condition of the parcel (optional) and open a damage report claim from the post office (required). Photos and damage claim file must be sent to Customer Support Center for compensation.

All refused and rejected parcel will be returned to the warehouse.
