Shipping Returned Parcel: Refused or Rejected

 

Refused and Rejected Parcel – you may have the option to reject the parcel if it appears damaged.

  • Once you reject the parcel, you must take a photo of the condition of the parcel (optional) and open a damage report claim from the post office (required). Photos and damage claim file must be sent to Customer Support Center for compensation.

  • All refused and rejected parcel will be returned to the warehouse.
