I have been charged with extra fees during shipment. Will you cover or refund the cost?

According to Hobby King terms and conditions: 

"None of our product pricing includes tax and we do not charge taxes or extra fees on top of our advertised product price and shipping/handling (with exemption of Australia/New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) and United Kingdom 20% VAT). 
However, it is your responsibility to pay any fees (including taxes) charged by your local customs or postal office, should they be incurred."

Any customs/import fees are placed by each individual country and we have absolutely no control over the amount they may charge. Also, we are not informed of these fees, so we do not know how much a parcel may be charged by customs/courier.
