You are required to settle the handling fee charged by the shipping company you choose to ship your order. However, if you do not want to separately pay the handling fee, we may deduct the cost in the total amount of your refund.
We deduct the cost of handling fee in the following return reason:
- Unknown reason/Refused or Rejected - customs tax, import tax or extra fees not settled by the recipient;
- Insufficient/ Incorrect address - recipient incorrectly input a wrong address;
- Unclaimed - Parcels left in local customs and post office and was not claim during the allotted time.
