New HobbyKing website is just a Total DISASTER

As Hobbyking haven't responded in any way to this or other numerous threads about the new website then we should all be sending emails to HexTronik (the owners of Hobbyking) and complain directly to them. Maybe then we will get some answers.

HK, the new web site is HOPELESS !! Please go back to the old one. I sued to check NEW Items every day or two. It was easy to check quickly with multiple columns of items and small pictures. Now it is only one column and limited number page. USELESS. Working out which warehouse things are in is next to impossible. Nearly had an order with things form two different warehouses. I have spent thousands of $$$ in the past, but not if it stays like this. Please go back asap. Thanks

I do not know if you know what damage you have done .... well, otherwise they look like anyway because they do not respond to reviews ..... I would forgive such a programmer first second ....... otherwise, we there are other shops what would worry me if the Hobby King does not

I agree this site has been fxxxxd up big time the IT should be given the big heave ho and told to get a job selling ice cream

Very true! Just no fun being on the new website. It looses the settings of country and language, the product information is much more hidden (in tabs) than in the old site, the individual ratings are no longer visible. Why putting so much effort in making things worse? There is NO advantage at all!

DISASTER DISASTER DISASTER ..... SORRY but so i am going to order from another site ..... CAN NOT SEARCH, CAN NOT FILTER LIPO, MOTORS, Or even ESC ... NOTHING. The new site is BULLSHIT

This new site will be the end of Hobbyking, the local shops will be happy.

they have a saying " if it ain't broke, don't fix it". You had a nice site going, was great the way it was. Now u got this dumb ass idea to fiddle around and try to fix what wasn't broke, n all you do is end up breaking it. i cant figure out anything anymore, i'll just get my stuff elsewhere.....

i will Agree with all that say this is a DISASTER !! Do a rollback and use the old working site.

Its time to move on....hobby king is not the KING anymore! there are heaps of other sites to buy RC stuff from. BANGGOOD is good! very competitive prices if not cheaper than hobby king. Plus FREE shipping all around ! so when you take that into account stuff are even cheaper !! BANGGOOD is where my money goes!! U lose HK!!

Absolute mess of a site. wanted order a mobius, selected fedx shipping, went to order, and it defaulted to Oregon pick up. online chat rep told me it could not be changed, and some nonsense like how the order was autogenrated or something caused this..WTH!?! what a joke. not to mention the filters are garbage, and I get random proucts popping up for anything I search for. I am so done with this mess of a business. 

My god is totally a mess!! i am losting so much time for find servoless retract and all little things i usually order from HK ..why you change somethings was very good ?

Cannot believe it is so bad. Didn't anyone at Hobbyking try to use it before putting it up.

Totally agree, It's like shopping in a supermarket where weekly the powers that be decide to move everything so people have to search blindly to find what they want. And whilst your searching you finish up buying items that you were not even looking for. Engines mixed in with different parts, it's like a big bargain bucket with no resemblance to any order. And just been on to the bargain bin.... I fly planes not buzz around in buggies etc. 95% of the bargain bin is made up of car parts. What a mess the site is !!!

I agree, how to destroy a great online company, after waisting 15 minutes, trying to find what i wanted, I've given up and won't return until they fix this mess.

I dont think the idiots who run this site  even look at these customer feedback/comments to improve the website.  goto banggood , aliexpress or gearbest  those sites and very efficient and also cheaper that HK 

I absolutely agree with everything that's been said about the search features on Hobbyking's website. You might as well chuck every item you sell into the BARGAIN BIN you have and present it in that way. Would be no different to what you have to offer in terms of a search facility.

Why do you mix up for instant engines with batteries with connectors with coverings. It is just a mess that you would expect an absolute clown to cobble together.

So much more refreshing when you visit for instance EBAY, ALIBABA and the rest of the big players in the RC world were you can pin point within seconds what you are looking for.

If I were the top man at Hobbyking I would be asking the architects behind this fiasco... HOW LONG HAVE YOU WORKED FOR ME, NOT INCLUDING TOMORROW.

Please take the time to view these comments before you destroy your business to see what your customers really think about your shameful presentation of your company. 

No one in my RC club will buy from HobbKing. But I had to give it a try. Worst experience in my life dealing with a company on line. Website is clunky, they are incredibly slow to ship and when I got my product it was defective and worked for thirty second, before completely failing! HobbyKing's response?"Not our problem, If you use the product even if for only thirty seconds, we will not stand behind it or offer any kind of fix or support. The whole company from top to bottom is run by a-holes!
