HELP! How Can I Cancel My Order(s)?

If you need to cancel an order, you must request this immediately as once the order has been packed by the warehouse, no cancellations or modifications can be made.

Please contact our Live Chat to make any order modification requests as soon as possible, suggested within 30 mins of placing an order.

Otherwise, you can submit a request to our email support and select "Order Issues" -> "*Order Cancellation Request*" as your Question Type. Please be advised that contacting by email may incur a longer wait time and a lower chance for successful cancellation.
