Please contact us and provide the following details so we can check the status of your order for your request:
- Order number;
- Product ID and quantity of item/s you would like us to add to your order
Modifications cannot be processed on an order that has reached "Printed" status.
Also, be advised, adding an item to an order will require cancellation of the original order, this may have an effect on other items in the order, as stock levels could have changed. Order modifications are not advised during sales as items may become unavailable during the reordering process.

We do not accept liability for requests which are not received or read after the order has been invoiced.
