I need to return my item. Will you refund the returning shipping cost?

Before you return the item, please make sure you complete and submit the RMA Form. You need to submit this form for us to properly handle your case but it does not necessarily mean you will need to return the item to us.  We will evaluate if we need you to return the item for physical inspection. 

NEVER RETURN DEFECTIVE BATTERIES. PLEASE ONLY SEND US A PHOTO / VIDEO TO SHOW THE PROBLEM THROUGH RMA FORM. 

For valid claims, return shipping costs can be compensated with the equivalent $USD amount of Store Credit to your HobbyKing account. As such, please choose the most cost-effective shipping method with tracking for your returns.

Please inform us of the returning tracking number (in your RMA claim, ticket, or chat) so that we can monitor the shipment of your parcel.
