We highly recommend our customers to reject parcels that have been delivered damaged as this may not guarantee the quality of the items inside the parcels. In case you have accepted a damaged parcel, please upload the following photos in the RMA form:
- Damage report claim from your local post office or the shipping company. If the damage was caused by the courier, please note it on the consignment note when you take delivery or upload a copy (Photo) of the damage report claim.
- Photo of the damaged part/item.
