Order Status (Single Or Multi-Warehouse)

 

 

PROCESSING STATUS:

 

  • Your order has been received and is being processed by our system.
  • If there is no BK (backorder/out of stock) items in your order, it will be printed to the warehouse and shipped out as soon as possible.

  • For modification requests (ONLY possible during “Processing” status and if order is NOT YET PRINTED), please contact our Live Chat 

 

COMPLETE STATUS:

  • Your order has been dispatched from warehouse and cannot be canceled or modified.
  • To check the shipment status click on "TRACK ORDER" to see the tracking updates. For help with tracking information, please see where to find my tracking number 

 

  • Once delivered, you may apply for warranty returns for any product issues you may encounter by clicking SUBMIT A CLAIM button.

  • Please see our article on RMA CLAIM  for instructions on how to file a claim.
  • Please click HERE for information on Shipping couriers and transit times.

  • Order will be shipped in multiple parcels, one from each warehouse.

  • Once delivered, you may apply for warranty returns for any product issues you may encounter. Please see our article on RMA CLAIM for instructions on how to file a claim.
