What is My Order Status Coming from a Single Warehouse?

 You need to log-in to your account to check your order status. Clear here to log in to your account -  HOW TO SIGN IN TO MY ACCOUNT. 





  • Your order has been received and is being processed by our system.
  • If there is no BO (backorder/out of stock) items in your order, it will be printed to the warehouse and shipped out as soon as possible.

  • For modification requests (ONLY possible during “Processing” status and if the order is NOT YET PRINTED), please contact our Live Chat 



  • Your order has been dispatched from the warehouse and cannot be canceled or modified.
  • To check the shipment status click on "TRACK ORDER" to see the tracking updates. For help with tracking information, please see where to find my tracking number 


  • Once delivered, you may apply for warranty returns for any product issues you may encounter by clicking SUBMIT A CLAIM button.
