An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is an online form that must be
completed for any warranty claim or return request. It serves as an official record
used for verification and compensation purposes. Submitting an RMA form is
required to begin the warranty process; however, this does not necessarily mean
that the item will need to be returned.
A claim must also be submitted for missing or incomplete items, as this allows
HobbyKing to open an investigation with our warehouse to locate or verify the
missing components.
Once your submitted photos and/or videos have been reviewed and the claim is
validated by a Warranty Specialist, HobbyKing will provide compensation as
appropriate under the warranty policy.
In some cases, if the provided photos or videos are insufficient to verify the fault, or if
the item requires further inspection. HobbyKing may request that the product be
returned to the address provided in the RMA.
