My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

If your order has been shipped, please make sure you are aware of your order's tracking number, shipping method, and transit time.

Otherwise, if your order is not yet shipped from our warehouse, please make sure that your order is not put on hold or you are not waiting for any item(s) to be restocked. To see your order processing status, please log in to your account with your order number.
