What is Restocking Fee?

Restocking fee of USD $3 will only be applied for the scenarios below: 

• Cancellation requests to self-collection orders that are ready for pickup; 
• Cancellation requests to return orders due to a customer has refused to receive the package;
• and other relevant scenarios.  

The purpose of a Restocking Fee is to defray actual costs incurred in receiving and processing the item back into inventory.
